Worden Street Project — *BUILDERS BLITZ 2008 SITE*    600 block of N. 3rd Ave.  2 units were completed June 2008, 5 units completed by June 2009, remaining units completed in 2010.

201—213 Worden St.– Framing began October 2008 with the first home being completed in spring 2009.

366 N. 13th Street — Rehab work continues on this home.  Expected completion:  2008.

930 Church Street — Building has been gutted. Reconstruction has begun. Expected completion: 2009

539 Church Street — Building has been gutted. This will be used for storing materials so it will be worked on as time allows between projects..
